At the Haight Ashbury Street Fair this year, a dad came in to my booth and was drawn to this jacket for his teenage daughter. Favorite Rainbow Scarf Customer Photos

Back in the winter of 2010/2011 when I was living in Providence, I found myself with a bunch of random small balls of leftover yarn during a small blizzard. I got this idea to make a gradient prism cowl with all the scraps -- and the rest was history! Since then I have made a few hundred and shipped them all over the world (every continent except Africa!) and I have received a couple handfuls of customer appreciation photos.   Then I got tagged in these two and my entire month was made. Custom Malcolm X Jacket Number Two

Rocky of Wolffoot and Bearpaw saw the custom Malcolm X jacket I did for my friend Miles, and just had to have one of her own! So I made a version 2.0: I made this with a vintage Gap denim jacket sourced from a local secondhand shop, beautiful textiles from Earth Majesty and some other bits 'n' pieces -- including the band on Malcolm's crown from a vintage vest that Mountain Girl Clothing sent me. it takes a village to make a jacket, y'all!
